a coastal village nestled among dramatic snow-capped mountains and surrounded by a tranquil fjord. The colorful wooden houses are illuminated against the dark night sky,a majestic bird of prey, likely a species of eagle, swooping down with its wings fully outstretched.

Mike will also present more local journeys around New England. Between essays Mike will share stories and gladly answer questions whether technical or general. Share in Mike's photo essays over last few years. Mike began taking pictures as a teenager and has continued ever since. His first camera was a Kodak Brownie. His images have been published in books, calendars, music albums, on the web and have been shown at galleries both in New England and in Europe. One of his most favorite activities is delivering multi-media photographic shows for business and photographic groups as well as teaching using images he has taken from his travels around the world. His artist statement reads -‘It’s all about catching the light and catching the moment for us all to appreciate this glorious and amazing world we inhabit.’
